Dhara Petrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. is a trading of plastic polymers, after successful implementation of production planning in their manufacturing unit, they proposed us to do the same for their sales and marketing team. DPPL wanted to have a data centric system where all their sales and marketing activities, logistics, budgeting, customer relationship management, sampling, invoicing, dispatch, multiple warehouse can be organized one system.
Analysing the requirement, we concluded that to create a workflow management system with specific approvals and authentication, required lot of business compliances as well as credit policies for each client as well as targets and budgets for their sales team. Weaving the same with their inventory and stocks, integrating invoicing was a key factor. Our team worked in a collaborative approach to create a work flow with specific data authentication. The feature where quite complex with the limited users accessing the system, we needed to develop it in a data centric approach.

The Sales software now being used by DPPL since 2017. The system is now handling their stock inventory in more than 15 warehouses on a single platform. The workflow management is properly implemented with proper check with the use of authentications and approvals, they can now manage their customer data and getting the best optimum result out of it. The pre-sales activities and day to day activity of their sales team is properly managed and reports are being used at the optimum level. Our development also helped them to stabilize their process and managing changes in our application in a balanced act, without affecting their operations.
